Engaging American Blackshoe to assist with our project was an incredible experience. They organized a tremendous amount of content, gave it structure and design as well as a project delivery mode (electronic document). As a result of working with them, my skills as a writer and a leader have improved dramatically. I highly recommend and look forward to working with them again.

American Blackshoe assisted with the research and construction of the website for the online Dene Speech Atlas, funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). They researched the Dene-speaking communities of the Mackenzie Basin, located print and digital source materials, annotated contacts and Open Web resources for the communities covered in the Atlas, and contributed and edited content. They also served in a general advisory capacity by providing valuable assistance with a variety of issues that came up on the project, such as the structure and design of the website and website ‘best practices’ for accessibility. They were responsive, competent, efficient, and timely. I found them to be a valuable and dependable resource and a pleasure to work with. I would do so again and highly recommend them.
